We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and business information when you create an account or use our services.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to process your transactions, and to communicate with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used, Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors move through our pages so we can find what confuses people, and the Google Ads tag to measure which campaigns bring us enquiries and to show ads to people who have visited us. These load only after you accept them in the cookie banner — decline and none of them are requested at all, no advertising or analytics cookies are set, and the site works exactly the same. Clarity recordings mask what you type: form fields, including your name, email and phone number, are never captured. When you send us an enquiry we record the campaign that referred you along with your details, and we only include you in an advertising audience if you accepted. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies.

The public Sandooq plugin reads published product documentation and country information. It requires no Sandooq account and cannot access merchant sales, stock, customer records or invoices. When you call a tool, Sandooq receives the tool arguments, such as your search words, page path, country and language; it does not receive your full conversation. Do not include personal information or secrets in tool arguments. The application uses those arguments only to answer your request and does not persist the queries or results. Vercel and Cloudflare process requests as our hosting and security providers and may process technical data such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and response status. Tool results are returned to the assistant you use: ChatGPT, Codex or Claude. OpenAI or Anthropic handles your conversation under its own privacy policy. The MCP endpoint does not load the website’s advertising or analytics scripts.

Sandooq retains technical MCP request logs for up to 30 days for service reliability, abuse prevention and security, then deletes them. Tool arguments and results are not saved by the application after the request completes. You can stop sending requests by disabling or removing the connector or plugin in ChatGPT, Codex or Claude. To request access to or deletion of personal data associated with technical logs, contact privacy@sandooq.app; we may need information to identify your request. Deleting data held by OpenAI or Anthropic requires using that provider’s privacy controls.
