### What can I do if the internet drops?
Cash checkout can continue during a connection drop when you are already signed in and the cash session is open. Sales queue on the device and sync when the connection returns. Signing in, card payments, receipt lookups and opening or closing a cash session need a connection. Keep the POS tab open while working offline.
### Can I use my existing tablet or retail hardware?
Sandooq runs in a recent browser on a desktop, tablet or phone. Printer, barcode scanner and cash-drawer compatibility depends on the equipment and connection. Share your device models with the team during guided setup so compatibility can be checked before you commit to new hardware.
### Can I bring products and customers from my current POS?
Sandooq supports CSV imports for products and customers. Prepare an export from your current system, then review the columns and import results before going live. A guided setup can help with catalog and opening-stock preparation. The work involved depends on the quality and structure of your existing data.
